THE 7 STEPS TO SUCCESS IN THE OOLA x USANA PARTNERSHIP

1. YOUR NEW LOGIN INFO

Look for an email from Oola at 8 a.m. MST on December 29 with your new USANA ID number. You’ll need this ID number to log in for the first time with USANA starting on Monday, Dec. 29. 

Hint: After you log in the first time, you can change your user ID in Profile Manager. More on that later!

2. CREATE YOUR NEW ACCOUNT

On Dec. 29, look for an email from USANA that will help you create your new USANA account password. The subject line will read, "Set Up Your USANA Account".

Note: If you don’t see this email by the end of the day on Dec. 29, no problem. Just contact USANA Customer Service at customerservice@usanainc.com, and they’ll be happy to help you out.

3. LOGIN & GET STARTED

Now that you have your USANA ID (provided by Oola) and your new password set up, you can log in to the USANA back office at USANA.com. You’ll be prompted to accept USANA's Policies & Procedures and Terms & Conditions before continuing.

4. SET UP COMMISSION PAYMENTS

Plan to earn commissions with USANA and Oola? We hope so! If you are, you’ll need to set up your method of commission payment and provide your social security number or tax ID in our Profile Manager.

Good news: USANA offers EFT commission payments at no charge. Meaning, any weekly earnings are deposited directly into your bank account.

5. REVIEW YOUR AUTO ORDERS

Check if your product and digital subscription orders have been added to your account. You’ll find those under “Auto Order.” Existing Oola subscriptions will be moved over to USANA in order of processing date over about 10 days (Dec. 30-Jan. 9), with priority given to subscriptions that will process earlier in the month.

If you don’t want to wait for your subscription to be transferred, you can set up a new one starting Dec. 29, and it will automatically override your Oola subscription. You can add your favorite Oola products, try some new USANA products, and even change your subscription date. Most Oola products will be available to order on our shopping cart and Auto Order system starting Dec. 29. 

Note: Rise A.M. Gummies are on backorder until the end of January. Some Collections, based on product availability, will not be offered until a later date.

6. GO SHOPPING!

If you want to order one of several USANA enrollment packs, which are available for a limited time to new USANA Brand Partners, you can access those in our Shop section. USANA Customer Service can also help you with this.

7. GET STARTED AS A BRAND PARTNER

You’ll start to receive welcome emails and other automated notifications from USANA as a new Brand Partner. Note that you may have already completed some of the action items listed in these notifications, but we want you to be aware of the typical new USANA Brand Partner experience. 

Important: One action item you will be prompted to complete is our Ethics in Action certification. We ask all those earning commissions to complete this in their first month. This is a quick course to help you share Oola and USANA ethically and successfully!
