STEP ONE: WATCH

Welcome to the 7-Day Oola Challenge! Over the next week, you’ll take simple, intentional steps toward creating more balance, growth, and purpose in your life.

To begin, tune into the first video below.

STEP TWO: READ

An Oola Goal gives your dream clarity, structure, and momentum. By using Oola’s modified SMARTY format, you turn a vague desire into a goal you can actually achieve.

Be Specific: Clearly define what you want. The more specific your goal, the easier it is to focus your energy and take action. Avoid general statements and describe exactly what success looks like.

Ask yourself: What exactly am I trying to achieve?

Measurable: Your goal should be trackable. If you can measure it, you can manage it, and celebrate progress along the way.

Ask yourself: How will I know when I’ve reached this goal?

Accountable: Accountability creates follow-through. Decide who or what will hold you responsible, whether it’s a coach, a friend, a community, or a personal tracking system.

Ask yourself: Who will keep me accountable, or how will I hold myself accountable?

Realistic: Your goal should stretch you, but still be achievable within your current season of life. Realistic goals build confidence and sustainable momentum.

Ask yourself: Is this goal achievable with the time, energy, and resources I have right now?

Linked to Time: Every Oola Goal needs a clear timeline. A deadline creates urgency and helps you prioritize daily actions.

Ask yourself: When will I complete this goal?

Your Goal: This is the most important part. Your goal must align with your values, priorities, and vision for your life, not someone else’s expectations. Ask yourself: Does this goal truly matter to me?
